PEI-Genesis interconnect and panel-build support ideas

Overview

Having looked through the bespoke machinery and control panel work Lutrom carries out, I wanted to highlight a few areas where PEI-Genesis may be able to help.

I’ve included a few ideas around sensor and field connectivity, cabinet-to-machine connections, industrial data, cable entry and cable assemblies. I’ve also included LUTZE AirSTREAM as an option that may be worth a look on selected panel builds where layout, airflow or thermal management are important.

Hopefully there are one or two useful ideas in there for a current or future project.

Why PEI-Genesis

PEI-Genesis can be helpful here because the conversation does not need to start and end with one connector series. Across Amphenol and LUTZE there is enough range to support small sensor connections, heavier machine interfaces, cable assemblies and panel-related products without having to jump between lots of different suppliers.

From my side, the aim would just be to make it easy to look at a current requirement, an alternative option or a repeat assembly, depending on what is actually useful to Lutrom on a project-by-project basis.
